We want to make your buying experience as pleasant as possible.
Photos
We take photos of several puppies the same day. We bath and  groom them for the
pictures. This is a very time consuming job, depending upon the number of puppies
we have.
We try to keep them as up to date as possible.
We understand your desire for special pictures( pictures with your name or phone
next to the puppy) so that you know we have the puppy. We try to take make time to
do them however we do have regular duties each day in caring for the dogs and our
dogs come first. It make take several days to get to the special pictures depending
upon the amount of work we have. If you don't mind waiting we will get them for you.  
Deposit
Please do not purchase unless you are sure you want that puppy.
Your deposit is not refundable.
You may transfer your deposit to another puppy with in the first 4 weeks. It is harder
to sell an older puppy so if you have reserved a puppy for more than 4 weeks you
may purchase that puppy or loose your deposit( I will transfer in some cases).
Payments
You may make your payment through Pay Pal(credit card or debit) Personal check,
money order, certified check.
All funds must clear our bank before your puppy is sent.
Pay Pal credit card payments clear immediately. Debits from Pay Pal take 3 to 4
business days to clear.
Personal checks, money orders, certified check take up to 10 days to clear the
bank.  Scammers are sending out fake Money orders and certified checks so they
will also have to clear).
Shipping
Your flight will be made after funds clear. The pup is sent , clean, in a travel crate with water. It
will have it's shot record and any paper work with it. It will also come with a sample of dog
food.
Shipping is $250.00 and cost all of that to send the puppy. Older puppies cost more to ship.
Shipping is usually done on the week end after the pup is 8 weeks. It only takes a few hours
and is much like a car ride for the puppy. We ship out of Tulsa and fly the pup into the nearest
airport to you that takes pet flights. There are some restrictions with shipping  Bull Dogsin
some of the summer months. We may have delivery available.   
Health guarantee
To start the health guarantee. You must have your Vet confirm health with in 3 days
of getting your puppy, sign and return a copy to Woolys.  
There are so many scammers trying to make a buck. We have a 1 year health
guarantee. This gives you a guarantee and at the same time cuts down on
scammers trying to return a dog that is not ours and more.
I f you have your puppy regularly checked a good Vet should be able to find any
genetic problem with in that time frame.
We do have exclusions in our guarantee (hernias and hypoglycemia are two of
them). These are common exclusions in Guarantees for small breed dogs. Hernias,
while some can be genetic most of ours have been due to momma having a
c-section and the way the Vet. Tied the cord or momma chewing the cord too short.  
If we notice a hernia( we are not Vets but we do check each puppy) we will have
them repaired. Our Vet should find it in the health check at that time you would be
notified and we would delay shipping until the repair was done.
We do not cover hypoglycemia  We sell healthy
dogs. If we find any problem in a puppy we will disclose that problem to the best of
our ability. We do have several litters so we may not notice everything.
Unsatisfied customers
We have pages full of satisfied customers but in every business you run across the
unsatisfied customer.  We run an honest business with very healthy dogs. Our dogs
have very genetically clean lines. We are not Vets so we may not notice everything.
We try to look over each puppy and disclose all we know.  It is rare that there is
something we and the Vets do not catch.  We will try to work with you. We do not
want unhappy customers.
( We do not work with scammers so don't try). We sell healthy puppies. We can not guarantee
how the pup will be cared for when it leaves our care. You must follow our suggestions for care
of your puppy. If you leave your pet un attended all day, let them be miss handled by children
or other neglect  there will not be a  replacement or refund.    
We  will ask to see a Vet report and go from there. Do not ask us to pay vet bills. Those
involve personal choice and we in the most extreme cases will refund your purchase price(
shipping not included) or replace your puppy( shipping not included.
Please ask all of the questions you can about your puppy. This will give you the info you need
to make the purchase.
Puppy size
We can not guarantee adult size and weight( no one can). We can estimate size
based on past puppies or litters.
Please look over our past puppies and our adults to get an over all view of what  
your puppy may look like.
This is a business
This is our business but it is also our love. We love each dog and take extra
care of them. We will do what is best for our animals. We reserve the right
to sell to any one that we think will not give our puppy a good home. I hope
we don't sound harsh but we have dealt with all kinds in this business.
We will honestly try to give you a beautiful, healthy ,well cared for puppy  at
a fair price and we ask that you make good choices and understand that we
are not here to scam any one. We do what we love
not always paying the bills doing it. Yes, we spent too much on the
dogs( time and money). Before you receive your puppy it will have been,
touched,kissed,held,weighed,looked over, taken several pictures of,
groomed several times, bathed several times, made a blanket of its own,
given toys of its own,socialized with other puppies,had its area cleaned
daily with any bed cloth laundered daily,taken to the Vet at least once(
maybe more), possibly hand fed every two hrs, played music for every day,
potty pad trained,not taken from momma until at least 6 weeks( longer at
times) given all of the food it can eat.
